2020 by the Month // November & December (& Coronavirus)
November Adventures-
- More of the same with super busy workweeks (this librarian/tech support gig is getting old!) and walks, parks, and disc golf on the weekend.
- We celebrated our 15th anniversary, with a walk (like all things lately) - mostly we are just happy to have everything we need and be able to work well together as a team. Celebrating big can easily wait.
- Enjoyed a leisurely week off for Thanksgiving break and had a nice dinner in Carrollton with my parents and Betsy, Thanksgiving food can't be beat!
December Adventures-
- CC finally got to start watching TV - "Mickey-time" (for Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) is a hit on weekends and to unwind when she gets home from school and eats a snack. She's also into Pinkfong aka Baby Shark on YouTube and Bluey on Disney.
- We wrapped up the fall semester and had a quarantine-style Christmas break, while Matt also taught a winter class and painted the hall bathroom (looks so good!).
- CC and I finished our McKinney parks challenge, 2 years in the making - all the parks eventually started to blur together, but we found some favorites and had lots of fun.
Playing "take a picture" - the activity of the season is to stack up "lots of friends" so they can have a photoshoot, evidence below:
