July Adventures-
4th of July swimming/cookout with the Abbotts and Chisholms
Lots of summer fun with friends - bbq+swimming with the Gage's, Motts, Sielings, Mileses, and more
One night in Austin for library business, lots of book talking at the TLA annual assembly (and Buccee's!)
Summer chillin' - antiquing, enjoying downtown, lots of visits to the gym, grilling out, and more, we had to work hard to take advantage of our time off together
Back to work is always fast and furious - prepped and started year 4 at McClure for me and year 5 at Grayson for the Dr.
Started my new Junior League placement on the Done in a Day committee hosting a luau at a local home for the elderly
Matt's big draft weekend at Bishop's and a day of birthday shopping for me in Carrollton (bunch @ Ida Claire, Pottery Barn, and a perfect pan)
And working lots around the house... with summer yard work/pool care, dry cleaned all the curtains and deep cleaned windows inside and outside, and power-washed the back deck, looks SO much better
Also-Hurricane Harvey, quite the adventure for Maggie+Jimmy, glad they are doing alright and wishing a quick and peaceful recovery for Houston-area
