~1 Month of Little Miss~

Baby CC is already one month old - she is growing like crazy, keeping us busy, and such a sweet girl. We love her sweet little expressions, cute baby sounds, and expanding double chin. She is super alert too and loves to look around at light, fans, and faces, we were expecting a more "sleepy newborn" experience but that hasn't really been the case. Spending time with her has been such a treat (and a lot of work, ha!).

At one month old:
  • Likes: Lights / fans / faces / looking out windows / eating / baths / cuddling / Baby Einstein play mat
  • Dislikes: Not being held, long daytime naps, pacifiers
  • Wearing: Newborn clothes and some 0-3, she's been wearing the same five Rosie Pope onesies and white kimono shirts since that's all that fits but she's got a big gifted wardrobe waiting when she fills out a little more. / diaper size: Newborn until 3 weeks, then size 1
  • Sleeping: 4-5 hours at night beginning at 7 (also my bedtime now too), then up 1-2 more times
  • Stats: She is a long and skinny baby so far.
    Birth: 7.2 lbs, 20.6 inches / 5 Day Checkup: 6.9 lbs / 2 Week Checkup: 7.8 lbs, 21.5 inches
